About the position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Developer position at Baer Group involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations, reports, and extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud as part of a 6-month federal project. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring seamless data flows and data integrity across systems. The developer will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations and reports, while assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations, reports, and extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Build and manage HCM data conversions and complex interfaces.
• Develop custom BI Publisher reports, Oracle HCM Cloud BI reports, and OTBI dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and reports.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to develop and deploy integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reports and interfaces.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Development, specifically with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Analytics Publisher.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for integration and deployment.
• Strong experience in developing custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Excellent understanding of HCM modules and the underlying data structures.
