About the position

As an Oracle Time & Labor Implementation Manager on Deloitte's Human Capital team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with the implementation of Oracle's Time & Labor module. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about driving alignment between business objectives and human resource performance. You will engage in a variety of tasks including system strategy development, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and designing both as-is and to-be business processes. Your responsibilities will also include demonstrating prototypes, configuring functional aspects of the system, conducting testing, and providing user training to clients. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the cultivation of relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that client needs are anticipated and met. You will be expected to develop alternative solutions to challenges that arise during project delivery, thereby supporting your team and enhancing overall project outcomes. This position not only offers the chance to work on critical and complex issues faced by Government and Public Services (GPS) clients but also provides opportunities for personal and professional development within Deloitte's Human Capital practice. Responsibilities

  • Assist with system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and designing business processes for Oracle Time & Labor.
  • Conduct prototype demonstrations and perform functional configuration and testing.
  • Provide client user training related to Oracle Time & Labor.
  • Develop and cultivate business and vendor relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Anticipate client/project needs and develop alternative solutions to support delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 7 years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience leading at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Labor module for Oracle HCM.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor's degree.
