As an Oracle HCM Functional Payroll Specialist on our Human Capital team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. Your responsibilities will include system strategy development, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and designing both as-is and to-be business processes. You will also be involved in prototype demonstrations, functional configuration, testing, and providing user training to clients. This position requires you to organize and deliver services across a variety of complex projects, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships, serving as a Subject Matter Expert to provide valuable insights into client challenges. You will also take part in the proposal development process, including pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives. Managing project financials will be a key aspect of your role, which includes developing financial plans and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. Furthermore, you will provide counseling and coaching to delivery teams and staff, supporting their professional development. Your involvement in staff recruitment and retention activities will also be essential, as you will provide input and guidance into the staffing process.
