About the position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Developer will be a key member of the HCM Oracle team, responsible for managing the reporting workstream during the development, testing, and deployment phases of a new HCM Cloud implementation program. This role involves designing and developing reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to meet business requirements and ensuring effective documentation and maintenance of reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools including BI Publisher, BICC, and OTBI.
• Provide support for resolving technical issues related to reporting.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integration business rules and mapping for Oracle HCM modules.
• Ensure effective design, build, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, and modify software or enhancements considering existing software capabilities.
• Work closely with HCM functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle implementation and phased go-lives.
• Participate in the strategic design, construction, and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, and strategies.
• Drive the reporting workstream and ensure compliance with best practices for building and migrating reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strong delivery experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data models including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll.
• Experience in writing reports and creating/scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs & BIP Jobs, HCM Extracts.
