About the position

As a Senior Associate in the Oracle Human Capital team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This position involves implementing and optimizing Oracle solutions across various HR processes, driving innovation, and enhancing business operations. You will work collaboratively within a team to address complex business challenges, utilizing your expertise in Oracle applications to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of Oracle application-packaged modules such as Oracle Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, CC&B, Siebel, and Hyperion.
• Experience in improving business processes and managing project deliverables against timelines.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with functional configuration and/or technical development of Oracle application modules.
• Ability to design, build, test, and deploy technical components for Oracle solutions, especially FRICEW.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Flexibility in prioritizing tasks and managing project workflows.
