About the position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Manager - Payroll at Deloitte is responsible for leading and managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and delivering superior results for clients. This role involves maintaining a hands-on approach to project management, building strong client relationships, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. The position is part of a larger Human Capital Consulting team focused on transforming HR functions through technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
• Lead the team to deliver superior results for clients.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying project issues early to mitigate risks.
• Build a strong reputation within the firm and in the market for Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Forge strong relationships with clients and project teams to contribute to personal and team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in relevant areas.
• 8+ years of experience conducting Full Life Cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product.
• 8+ years' experience leading a project team and managing workstream leads.
• 8+ years' experience managing project financials and ensuring exceptional project completion.
• 8+ years' experience mentoring colleagues within the practice.
