About the position
The Oracle HCM Consultant role focuses on providing expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management. The consultant will leverage their knowledge of large enterprise applications, particularly Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM, to lead projects and manage tactical implementations. This position requires strong communication skills to convey complex information simply and effectively, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Lead tactical project management for HCM, Payroll, and Cloud-based solutions.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with IT and business area leaders.
- Communicate alternative options to complex problems, including ROI and efficiency gains.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR operations as an HR practitioner.
- Influence HR leadership and key stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Knowledge of large enterprise applications/platforms like Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong analytical skills, both macro and micro.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Intercultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Oracle Integrator Cloud.
- Familiarity with technology principles and practices, including the software development life cycle.
