About the position

The Oracle Cloud HCM Conversions Lead position at Deloitte involves leading complex projects to enhance the Human Resource (HR) function through advanced systems and processes. This role focuses on driving HR technology implementations, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, and requires collaboration with clients to address their business challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in addressing complex business challenges by maximizing HR performance through advanced systems and processes.
• Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects.
• Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures to improve alignment with business objectives.
• Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support and lead project tasks related to Oracle HCM Cloud conversions.
• Identify key drivers of defined problems and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM technical solutions, preferably with Oracle Cloud.
• Experience as a lead on at least one Oracle HCM integration/conversion project.
