About the position

The Oracle HCM Manager at Accenture is responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM applications, collaborating with client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements, and optimizing business processes within HCM. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM, along with strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Work with client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize business processes within HCM.
• Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Talent Cloud.
• Guide the testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Performance management, Profiles, career development, succession management areas.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with design thinking and agile development methodologies.
