About the position

The Oracle HCM Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. This role involves collaborating with client teams to gather requirements, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful deployment of talent management solutions. The position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM, along with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Work with client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize business processes within HCM.
• Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Talent Cloud.
• Guide the testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Performance management, Profiles, career development, succession management areas.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
