About the position
The Oracle HCM Product Architect role focuses on designing and building Human Capital Management (HCM) features based on business requirements, integrating HCM applications with other systems, and managing the release to production while supporting ongoing maintenance. This position requires a deep understanding of HCM functional requirements and processes to assist in shaping the future product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining HCM functional requirements and processes for future product roadmap.
- Design and build HCM features based on business requirements.
- Integrate the HCM application with other systems such as Payroll and Reporting applications.
- Facilitate functional and integration testing.
- Manage release to production and support ongoing maintenance.
- Oversee the complete end-to-end solutions in the project lifecycle, including project initiation, global design, and business requirement gathering.
- Conduct project health checks, configuration, testing, and executive reporting.
- Support project assessments and enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Architect with a focus on HCM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Benefits management.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and data validation.
- Experience with system integration and testing.
- Ability to manage project lifecycles and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for job description enhancement.
- Experience in global design and project health checks.
