About the position
The Sr. Director position is responsible for generating and developing business opportunities, managing multiple project teams, and leading implementation efforts for HR technology programs using Oracle technologies. This role involves significant client interaction, including proposal development and sales calls, while also providing technical and functional content to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop business opportunities.
- Conduct project diagnostics and proposal development.
- Perform sales calls using Oracle HCM.
- Manage and lead multiple engagement and project teams.
- Identify and resolve issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success.
- Implement and lead implementation efforts for HR tech programs using Oracle technologies.
- Provide technical and functional content and present conclusions and recommendations to senior client management.
- Oversee support of the sales cycle.
Requirements
- M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Director/Senior Manager.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of managerial experience in the computer industry in lieu of M.S. and 3 years of experience.
- 3 years of experience supporting the sales cycle.
- 3 years of experience using Oracle HCM.
