About the position

The Oracle HCM Technical Payroll Support Specialist role is designed for experienced professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to collaborate in a dynamic environment. This position focuses on assisting clients with complex business challenges by optimizing the Human Resource function through advanced systems and processes. The specialist will be involved in various projects, enhancing HR processes, and driving technology implementations, particularly in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in addressing complex business challenges by maximizing HR function performance.
• Organize and deliver services on complex projects.
• Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures.
• Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, and configuration.
• Support and independently complete project tasks related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM technical solutions for Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with at least one Oracle HCM integration/conversion project for the Payroll module.
