About the position

The Lead Project Manager will play a crucial role in the Oracle Health team within the Federal Consulting organization, focusing on delivering strategic solutions to enhance the management of the Federal Healthcare Consulting business. The role involves leading projects, managing processes, and ensuring quality delivery to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic process improvement projects across the Oracle Health Federal Consulting organization.
• Evaluate inefficiencies and drive projects to resolve them.
• Identify needs and implement proposals to improve Consulting processes for growth and volume.
• Digest structured metrics reports and provide timely insights to leadership.
• Create communication plans and documentation to foster team cohesion.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and project management, presenting findings to senior management.
• Integrate across a matrixed organization to deliver clear outputs supporting various leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a functional or technical role.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance as a US citizen.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport across a matrixed organization.
• Experience in acting as an informal leader, providing guidance and feedback.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently and own program strategy.
