About the position

The Oracle Health Solution Consultant at Huron will work closely with healthcare organizations to optimize their use of Oracle Health's Cerner system. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to enhance EHR platforms, improve care delivery, and drive better patient outcomes. The consultant will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements, while also identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to ensure effective use of Oracle Health's Cerner system.
• Collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions aligned with client goals.
• Provide insights on Cerner system workflows, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, developing clear agendas and tracking follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
• Expertise in Oracle Health Millennium solutions, particularly in Patient Accounting applications.
• Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection, system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation, and Go-Live support.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to articulate Oracle Health solutions to clients.
• Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
