About the position

The Sr. Project Manager will play a crucial role in the Oracle Health team within the Federal Consulting organization, focusing on delivering strategic solutions to enhance the management of the Federal Healthcare Consulting business. This position requires strong process improvement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various teams. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring quality software solutions are delivered on budget, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic process improvement projects across the Oracle Health Federal Consulting organization.
  • Evaluate inefficiencies and drive projects to resolve them.
  • Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve Consulting processes for growth.
  • Digest structured metrics reports and dashboards to provide timely insights to leadership.
  • Create communication plans and documentation to foster team cohesion.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and project management, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Integrate across a matrixed organization to deliver clear narratives supporting various leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a functional or technical role.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearance, requiring US citizenship.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in acting as an informal leader, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proven ability to drive projects independently.
  • Experience in owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
