About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager at Oracle Health will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that address business challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role emphasizes influence over authority, requiring strong collaboration with clients, executive leaders, and product owners to ensure timely delivery of project value while managing risks and maintaining budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation process of specific company products involving cross-functional teams.
• Plan and direct schedules while monitoring budget and spending.
• Lead quoting teams and create scope documentation.
• Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate thoroughly with the Client Data Service leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, financial management, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management or implementation of client-facing programs, preferably in a related industry.
• Client-facing experience with Oracle Health systems/programs is essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of project management, product design, or related experience.
• Experience using PMP methodologies or PMP certification.
• Detailed experience with Cerner Millennium and Services and JIRA database knowledge.
