About the position
Huron's Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) is seeking skilled Oracle Health Solution Consultants to assist healthcare organizations in overcoming complex EHR challenges. The role focuses on maximizing technology investments, enhancing EHR platforms, and improving care delivery and patient outcomes through technical expertise and collaboration with clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to ensure effective use of Oracle Health's Cerner system.
- Collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights on Oracle Health's Cerner system workflows, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance while identifying optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels, developing clear agendas, documenting notes, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
- Expertise in the Oracle Health SurgiNet Supply Chain solution, including inventory management and surgical case pricing.
- Knowledge of the integration of SurgiNet with supply chain and materials management workflows.
- Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection, system configuration, testing, and Go-Live support.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to articulate Oracle Health Clinical solutions to clients.
- Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
