About the position

As a Systems Engineer II at Oracle Health, you will engage with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions, including hardware, software, and services. Your role involves building client relationships, consulting on technical architecture, and managing third-party integrations. You will also be responsible for installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality of client software, while staying updated on EHR system changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Respond to user requests for support and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications.
• Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development teams.
• Monitor future application releases and train users on application features.
• Maintain application responsibilities based on the user work group and act as a reporting resource.
• Represent users at Data Center meetings and user meetings as necessary.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
• Preferred background in Healthcare IT, specifically with EHR and Millennium.
