About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) is responsible for leading teams to help organizations leverage Oracle technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role focuses on assisting clients in transitioning from traditional business models to subscription-based models, enhancing their operations in sales, marketing, finance, and compliance. The position requires a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle and the ability to manage complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in Oracle Management and ASC 606 Accounting.
  • Experience in the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales operations, billing, and revenue management.
  • Understanding of multiple business models including subscription and project-based monetization.
  • Experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, and Revenue Management.
  • Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements affecting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze detailed Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvement opportunities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.
  • Understanding of Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics and dashboard design.
