About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) is responsible for leading a team that helps organizations leverage Oracle technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role focuses on implementing Oracle solutions to address complex business challenges across various domains, including finance, operations, and customer management. The position emphasizes developing leadership skills, coaching team members, and driving effective collaboration to deliver high-quality results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in Oracle Management and ASC 606 Accounting.
  • Under 1 year of relevant experience in a consulting role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lead-to-Revenue cycle including sales, sales operations, and revenue management.
  • Understanding of multiple business models such as subscription and project-based monetization.
  • Experience with Oracle CX products including Sales Cloud and Incentive Compensation.
  • Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements affecting Lead-to-Revenue processes.
  • Ability to analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvement opportunities.
