About the position

The position of Manager in Oracle consulting at PwC involves helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals and transition to subscription-based business models. The role focuses on implementing Oracle offerings to address business challenges across various domains, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. As a Manager, you will lead a team of problem solvers, guiding them in resolving complex business issues and fostering personal development within the team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales, sales operations, ordering, billing, fulfillment, payments, collections, revenue management, and accounting close processes.
  • Understanding of multiple business models including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
  • Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • Working experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management, and Billing.
  • Understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze detailed Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization, finance strategy and transformation, shared services and outsourcing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices for Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics.
