About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) is responsible for leading teams to help organizations leverage Oracle technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role focuses on implementing Oracle solutions to address business challenges in various areas, including finance, operations, and customer management, while promoting subscription-based business models. As a manager, the individual will guide teams in solving complex business issues, develop new skills, and foster a culture of personal development and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in implementing Oracle solutions to solve business problems.
• Analyze complex business issues and develop meaningful recommendations.
• Coach team members and encourage personal development.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and conclusions.
• Manage stakeholder views to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
• Simplify complex messages and highlight key points for clarity.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in Oracle Management and ASC 606 Accounting.
• Under 1 year of relevant experience in a consulting role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales, billing, and revenue management.
• Experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud and Incentive Compensation.
• Understanding of revenue recognition under ASC 606 and global compliance requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.
• Knowledge of various business models including subscription and project-based monetization.
• Ability to analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvement opportunities.
