About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to help organizations leverage Oracle technologies to achieve their digital transformation goals. This position focuses on implementing Oracle solutions to address business challenges in various areas, including finance, operations, and customer management, while promoting a shift from resource-intensive to subscription-based business models. As a manager, you will be responsible for developing team skills, resolving issues, and providing strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of consultants to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone and encourage team members to do the same.
  • Act to resolve issues that prevent effective team collaboration.
  • Coach team members, recognize their strengths, and support their personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work that does not meet expectations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
  • Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
  • Simplify complex messages and highlight key points.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Understanding of various business models including transactional, recurring, and subscription-based monetization.
  • Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements affecting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with dashboard design and benchmarking industry practices.
  • Knowledge of finance strategy and transformation.
