About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to help organizations leverage Oracle technologies to achieve their digital transformation goals. This position focuses on implementing Oracle solutions to address business challenges across various domains, including finance, operations, and customer management. The role emphasizes developing leadership skills, coaching team members, and driving effective solutions to complex business issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Understanding of multiple business models including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
  • Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • Working experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, and others.
  • Understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze detailed Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in finance strategy and transformation.
  • Knowledge of shared services and outsourcing.
  • Familiarity with case development and preparation of Lead to Revenue functions.
