About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is responsible for leading teams to help organizations leverage Oracle technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role focuses on assisting clients in transitioning from traditional business models to subscription-based models, addressing complex business issues across various functions such as sales, finance, and operations. The position requires a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle and the ability to coach and develop team members while delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team from working effectively.
  • Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in Oracle Management and ASC 606 Accounting.
  • Under 1 year of relevant experience in a consulting role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive experience managing client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Understanding of multiple business models including transactional, recurring, and subscription-based monetization models.
  • Experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Experience in analyzing Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvement opportunities.
