About the position

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Consulting Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) is responsible for leading teams to help organizations leverage Oracle technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role focuses on implementing Oracle solutions to address business challenges in various areas, including finance, operations, and customer management. The position requires a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle and the ability to manage complex client needs while fostering team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in Oracle Management and ASC 606 Accounting.
  • Under 1 year of relevant experience in consulting or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle CX: Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management and Billing.
  • Understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Experience in analyzing Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities.
