About the position

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) 3 Developer to join our team. This role is centered around utilizing OIC 3 for effective integration between Oracle and Salesforce, facilitating B2B commerce and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in cloud integration, automation, API management, and business process automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) 3 to connect Oracle and Salesforce applications, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Automate routine business processes and workflows within OIC to optimize efficiency.
• Utilize OIC's visual development tools to create intuitive user interfaces for integration processes.
• Manage SFTP-compliant file storage, retrieval, and business document exchange within OIC.
• Implement EDI Translate actions to support EDI X12 documents and facilitate document exchange with trading partners.
• Leverage OIC's support for RosettaNet standards to facilitate B2B communication.
• Manage APIs and ensure secure data exchange between integrated systems, adhering to best practices for API management and data security.

Requirements

• Expertise in building integrations and automating business processes within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficient in cloud services, focusing on OIC capabilities for connecting and managing hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of Java and JavaScript for integration scripting and customization.
• Experience with relational databases and integration with Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of API management practices, including REST and SOAP API development and security.
• Familiarity with security protocols for cloud integrations, including authentication, encryption, and data privacy.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration is highly preferred.
