About the position
The Oracle Manufacturing SME/Architect position is a long-term contract role focused on providing expertise in Oracle ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain management. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing the system architecture, ensuring effective integration, and leading implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle ERP systems, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Lead Oracle ERP implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Optimize system architecture and configurations for better performance.
- Ensure effective integration and customization of Oracle ERP modules.
- Conduct testing and automation processes within the ERP framework.
- Interact with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as manufacturing, supply chain management, and procurement.
- Proven track record of leading Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configuration, integration, and customization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Oracle project cloud.
- Oracle ERP certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (OCIS) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE).
- Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing Cloud modules including Procurement, Purchasing Contracts, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification Management.
