As a Director in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This position is part of the Oracle Data and Analytics team, where you will assist clients in transforming their operations through enhanced data utilization and analytics. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing data and analytics strategies that drive profitable growth, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experiences. You will also be instrumental in implementing Oracle's broad technology offerings, including Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, while enhancing data governance and management capabilities to address business challenges and achieve strategic objectives. In this leadership role, you will work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be expected to support your team in evolving their working methods, identifying market gaps, and creating value propositions. Your leadership will foster an environment where both people and technology can thrive, enabling the team to accomplish more collectively than they could individually. You will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships that add value to the firm and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Your expertise will be critical in designing and implementing MDM solutions across various sectors, including sourcing, cleansing, and deduplication of master data. You will lead technical and functional teams in MDM implementations, ensuring that the solutions meet the operational requirements of finance, supply chain, marketing, and other areas. Utilizing agile methodologies, you will leverage global delivery centers to ensure successful project delivery and implement data governance processes and standards effectively. Your role will also involve developing the MDM implementation playbook and presenting thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders.
