About the position

The Senior Associate position in the Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team at PwC involves helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals and capitalize on business opportunities. The role focuses on implementing Oracle applications to address strategic operations challenges, drive sustainable change, and enhance process improvement across various business functions such as Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. As a Senior Associate, you will work collaboratively within a team to solve complex business issues, utilizing critical thinking and effective communication to influence and connect with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Oracle applications to address strategic operations challenges.
  • Implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve business problems.
  • Drive sustainable change and continuous process improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to team members to provide stretch opportunities and coaching.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Extract insights from current industry or sector trends using various tools and techniques.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in an organized manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven record of success with Oracle Supply Chain application modules such as Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Experience in functional configuration and/or technical development of Oracle solutions.
  • Ability to manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting, onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management modules.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear requests for information and manage client relationships.
  • Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
