About the position

The Oracle PL/SQL Developer position at ProIT, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is a full-time role focused on developing and maintaining Oracle database applications using PL/SQL. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and design and implement OFSAA solutions tailored to meet specific needs. The developer will also be expected to utilize the OFSAA reporting tool effectively. This position is strictly onsite from Day 1, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. as either a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or under specific work authorizations such as OPT or GC EAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle database applications using PL/SQL.
• Design and develop database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using PL/SQL.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and gather requirements.
• Design and implement OFSAA solutions that meet client needs.
• Utilize the OFSAA reporting tool for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent OR Master's in Computer Applications or equivalent.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of the OFSAA tool.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle for 7 years (Preferred).
• Experience with PL/SQL for 6 years (Preferred).
• Experience with OFSAA reporting tool for 3 years (Preferred).
• Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ before starting work (Preferred).
