About the position
The Oracle PL/SQL Developer role at Neon IT Solutions in Houston, TX, is a contract position requiring a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Oracle development, particularly in the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on development rather than administrative tasks, with hands-on experience in Intellinum and Oracle WMS integration. This position emphasizes the need for local candidates who can start immediately and contribute to streamlining integration processes and customizing solutions to meet specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle PL/SQL solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Integrate Intellinum with Oracle Mobile Supply Chain to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Intellinum tools for custom development as per project requirements.
- Ensure smooth integration between Intellinum and Oracle systems.
- Work on Oracle WMS modules, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Implement Oracle Order Management processes and manage inventory transactions.
- Provide hands-on experience in Intellinum GUI Forms and Reports development.
- Support the setup of functional inbound logistics, including receiving and quality control inspection.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and its functional technical components.
- Proficiency in Intellinum technical customization and development.
- Experience with Java and Spring Framework is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with barcode printing and directed put away processes.
- Knowledge of sub-inventory configuration and advanced locator definitions.
