About the position

Responsibilities

  • Write complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
  • Transform native SQL Server queries to Oracle queries.
  • Solve migration code issues in Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Perform data migration from one platform to another.
  • Validate and reconcile data during migrations.
  • Optimize database performance and tuning.
  • Design and implement ETL processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of database developer experience in Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Expert understanding of database data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Good knowledge of ETL concepts and design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of Python/R.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake and AWS.
