About the position

As an Oracle PL/SQL Developer at Uline, you will have the opportunity to develop your ideal IT career by crafting custom software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal teams. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of software developers to engineer both customer-facing and internal projects, contributing to the growth of our North American company. This position is based on-site in either Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL, depending on the needs of the business, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence in software development. In this role, you will apply industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sophisticated Oracle EBS applications based on specific business requirements. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software issues promptly, ensuring that projects are completed consistently and on time. Additionally, you will document and review code design to maintain high standards of quality and performance, contributing to the overall success of our software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Apply industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain sophisticated Oracle EBS applications based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly.
• Work with the development team to ensure projects are completed consistently and timely.
• Document and review code design to maintain quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS Suite experience with proficiency in Oracle EBS modules.
• Strong PL/SQL development skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle programming, workflows, Unix scripting and SQL performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical, collaboration and communications skills.
