About the position

Aloden Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract position that offers a competitive hourly rate starting from $50. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with Python and Java J2EE. This role is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and on-site presence, and we are looking for candidates who are located nearby to Charlotte, NC. As an Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will be responsible for working with large datasets, often involving billions of records. You will play a crucial role in implementing data governance controls, ensuring data quality lineage, and managing data sensitivity. Your expertise in automated deployments using GitHub and your understanding of tightly managed Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes will be essential for the success of this role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in data management and software development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL code for Oracle databases.
