About the position

The Oracle PL/SQL Developer role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications using Oracle technologies. The position requires strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development, with a focus on performance tuning and complex query writing. The developer will work with relational databases and ensure the enforcement of business rules and referential integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and test business applications using Oracle technologies.
• Write complex queries and utilize advanced PL/SQL concepts for performance tuning.
• Create and manage stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, cursors, views, and materialized views.
• Support and document the development process and application functionality.
• Perform design and data fixes for ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts.
• Excellent design and technical skills with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development.
• Experience writing complex queries and performance tuning with large volumes of data.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, including tables, views, indexes, and tablespaces.
• Oracle-approved certification and training is a plus.
