The Oracle PL/SQL Developer position at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is a critical role that requires a strong technical background in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell programming. A strong understanding of Informatica design concepts is essential for success in this position. In addition to Informatica expertise, the developer will be responsible for ETL processes and data modeling, including creating mappings and workflows. The role requires the development of complex database objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers using SQL and PL/SQL. Performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL queries is also a key responsibility, along with the use of Oracle packages, dynamic SQL, and PL/SQL tables. The position demands solid experience with UNIX/Linux platforms and familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SDLC practices. The developer will also work with various DevOps tools, including UC4, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes. Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design principles is important, as is familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Angular, React, JPA, and Spring Boot. Understanding of API gateways, such as Gravitee, is a plus.
