About the position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data migration from one platform to another, ensuring validation and reconciliation processes are followed.
  • Optimize database performance and conduct performance tuning.
  • Design and implement ETL processes and concepts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a database developer, specifically with Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases, particularly in query transformation.
  • Strong understanding of data migration processes and validation techniques.
  • Expertise in database data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases.
  • Good knowledge of ETL concepts and design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in client environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of Python or R.
