Responsibilities

• Manage a program consisting of multiple related projects or initiatives.
• Oversee coordination and integration of projects to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure program governance and stakeholder management.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage risks.
• Assess program outcomes and benefits delivery.
• Drive the creation of an integrated project plan with support from workstream leads.
• Define program governance and meeting cadence.
• Identify and manage program stakeholders.
• Remove blockers impacting delivery and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and conduct program level status meetings and planning sessions.
• Manage engagement delivery against the project plan.
• Own delivery of PMO deliverables for the program.
• Establish change control processes and manage change requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities in project management and team leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle technologies such as CX, ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
• Knowledge of PwC contract and internal processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AFS, and EAF activities.
