About the position

The Director position within the Oracle Program Management Office (PMO) at PwC involves leading client programs that focus on the planning, management, and design of complex Oracle-enabled business transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of various Oracle functional areas and aims to drive value chain transformation across multiple business functions. The Director will work collaboratively with a team to solve complex business issues, promote a values-driven culture, and support the development of team members while ensuring program governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a program consisting of multiple related projects or initiatives.
  • Oversee the coordination and integration of projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure program governance and stakeholder management.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage risks associated with the program.
  • Assess program outcomes and benefits to ensure desired results are achieved.
  • Drive the creation of an integrated project plan with support from workstream leads.
  • Define program governance and meeting cadence.
  • Identify and manage program stakeholders effectively.
  • Remove blockers impacting project delivery.
  • Prepare and conduct program-level status meetings and planning sessions.
  • Support PwC In Flight Reviews (IFR) and QA Reports.
  • Manage engagement delivery against the project plan.
  • Establish change control processes and manage change requests with client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities as a team leader.
  • Experience in driving the creation of integrated project plans.
  • Ability to define program governance and meeting cadence.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and oversight of project progress.
  • Proficient in risk management and issue mitigation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle functional areas such as CX, ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with PwC contract and internal processes.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting inclusivity.
