About the position

The Oracle PPM/Grants Cloud Functional Lead will provide functional leadership for implementing Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants applications. This role involves analyzing business needs, ensuring successful deployment of the Oracle system, and acting as a domain expert for the consulting team. The position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Projects and Grants functionality to drive design and development, assist with testing, and evaluate new features. The individual will lead consulting teams, resolve complex customer requirements, and contribute to business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for assigned project roles focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Projects/Grants applications.
• Act as a domain expert for the Oracle Cloud Projects/Grants application consulting team.
• Support configuration and extension of Oracle Cloud modules.
• Analyze business needs to ensure successful deployment of the Oracle system.
• Recommend enhancements to Oracle products to meet customer needs.
• Lead experienced consulting teams on significant projects.
• Drive customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle PPM/Grants Cloud experience (Cloud and EBS experience may be considered).
• Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in enabling customer acceptance of Oracle solutions and services.
• Experience in the full lifecycle implementation of at least three Oracle Projects/Grants Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of integrations with other financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.

Nice-to-haves

• Oracle Projects Cloud certification is a plus.
