About the position

The Oracle PPM Product Analyst will be instrumental in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the Oracle ERP system, focusing on client invoicing within the PPM module. This role requires a deep functional understanding of billing processes related to contracts and projects, along with solid technical knowledge of the Oracle application. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, design workflows, and ensure successful testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to billing, contracts, and project management within the Oracle PPM module.
  • Analyze requirements and design effective solutions within the Oracle ERP system, specifically focusing on billing modules, projects, and expenditures.
  • Develop and document clear and efficient business process workflows tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Lead the testing phase, developing test plans, scripts, and performing functional testing to ensure that all solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Support the deployment of ERP solutions by managing cutover activities and facilitating change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide technical insights related to the data structure, integrations, and customizations of the Oracle ERP system, particularly as they pertain to the PPM module and related billing processes.
  • Create detailed documentation and training materials for end users, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of new processes and the Oracle system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations or enhancements with a focus on the billing and the PPM module is desired.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM, including Contracts, Projects, Expenditures, Billing Events, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, testing, cutover, and change management within the ERP environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required.
  • Experience with change management and training methodologies is a plus.
