The Oracle Process Lead - Engineering position at American Woodmark is a pivotal role that focuses on leading the digital transformation efforts related to Engineering and Maintenance within the Manufacturing Oracle implementation team. This position requires a strong collaboration with Oracle Process Specialists and serves as a change advocate within the Engineering function. The successful candidate will work closely with key maintenance personnel, engineers, and various organizational user groups to ensure that workstream issues are escalated promptly, facilitating on-time program delivery. The Process Lead will be responsible for managing business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Engineering and maintenance areas, highlighting variations in business processes, and leading the effort to realign these processes with system constraints. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business and engineering roles, demonstrating proficiency in statistics, cycle time analysis, and continuous improvement methods. They will be expected to participate actively in business process workshops, providing valuable insights into design activities and co-facilitating discussions to guide participants through the design process. The role also involves reviewing functionality, validating configuration decisions, and supporting data validation activities, prototype testing cycles, and conversion activities. The Process Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring readiness for Go Live discussions and will be accountable for delivering the program within their function or sub-function. This position does not have direct reports but requires the ability to influence multiple organizational levels. The Process Lead will manage resources effectively, monitor needs for timely escalation of resource constraints, and drive stakeholder management in collaboration with the broader program team.
