About the position

The Oracle Project/Program Manager will oversee and lead projects related to Oracle Fusion, focusing on manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. This role requires a strong background in project management and program leadership, with a proven track record of success. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to report on project progress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead projects related to Oracle Fusion in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, and project sponsors.
• Report on project progress and metrics to project teams and executives.
• Utilize various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
• Identify client training requirements and customize training content as needed.
• Balance critical issue resolution and competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership.
• PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management, including Prosci, CCMP, or similar qualifications is a plus.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

• Experience in project progress and metrics reporting across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong communication skills.
