About the position

The Senior Oracle R12 Developer will be responsible for developing and enhancing Oracle applications, specifically focusing on Oracle Financials and Project Accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to work with various Oracle tools and technologies to support IT services for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
• Utilize Toad/SQL Developer for database management and development tasks.
• Implement XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions.
• Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, technical design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Support IT services provided to internal and external clients, ensuring functional correctness in enhancements and support.
• Understand and work with general financial processes and data, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger processes, EB-Tax, Project Accounting, Human Resources, and OTL.

Requirements

• Excellent experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Toad/SQL Developer.
• Proficient in XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions.
• Experience in a software development position with a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Prior experience supporting IT services for internal and external clients.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials and Project Accounting database design, structure, functions, and processes.
