About the position
The Oracle Services - Cloud PLM/Procurement Manager position at EY involves leading and managing complex ERP projects within the Oracle Services Supply Chain/Asset Management sub-practice. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that system architecture aligns with business objectives, and providing advisory services throughout the project lifecycle. The manager will oversee project teams, engage with clients, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
- Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
- Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
- Engage with external clients daily.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management.
- Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications related to Procurement and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Understanding of business concepts and processes in planning including sales and operations planning, forecasting, MRP and MPS plans, and safety stock calculations.
- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with supply chain and technology senior and middle management executives.
