About the position

The Oracle Services - Cloud PLM/Procurement Manager position at EY involves leading and managing complex full lifecycle initiatives in the Oracle applications and technology space. This role focuses on guiding clients through various phases of ERP project governance, including requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, and training. The manager will also provide advisory services and support for post-implementation and managed service agreements, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
  • Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
  • Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
  • Engage with external clients daily.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management.
  • Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams of junior practitioners.
  • Facilitation of client-facing meetings.
  • Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications related to Procurement and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Understanding of business concepts and processes in planning, including sales and operations planning, forecasting, data collection, MRP and MPS plans, safety stock calculations, and lead-times.
  • Strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
