About the position

As a Manager in the Oracle Services practice at EY, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the implementation of Oracle applications and technology, specifically focusing on Supply Chain and Asset Management. This position involves managing complex ERP project lifecycles, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes. You will lead teams, engage with clients, and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining a focus on risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
  • Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
  • Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams
  • Engage with external clients daily
  • Facilitate client-facing meetings
  • Team with client business and technology professionals to provide implementation of Oracle solutions

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud
  • A proven track record in system implementation for Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS) and related modules/applications
  • 3-4 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
  • Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client demand

  • Industry experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS) roles
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
