About the position

The Oracle Services - Cloud SCM Inventory/Warehouse Management Manager position at EY involves leading and managing complex ERP projects, specifically focusing on Oracle applications and technology. The role requires bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives, and providing advisory services throughout the project lifecycle. The manager will oversee teams, engage with clients, and drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
• Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
• Engage with external clients daily.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
• A proven track record in system implementation for Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS) and related modules/applications.
• 3-4 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above.
• Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS) roles is a plus.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
